Adult Leagues Team Roster Form

**** Spring Leagues Start on the Following Dates *****

• Wednesday Night 6v6 Rec/Int start play - May 14th
• Thursday - May 15th
• Sunday - May 18th

Entry Fee $210 for Teams of 6. or $175 for Teams of 4
($50 Deposit)

All teams from one league will play at the same time each and every week. So sign up soon and reserve your time!

Please fill out the Registration Form, Team Roster Form, and a $50 deposit payable to the Kansas City Soccer Dome.

• All fees must be paid by the 2nd week of the session.
• The remainder of the team registration fee along with team roster needs to be submitted before the teams first match.
• The KC Soccer Dome Sand Volleyball Complex allows for 2 scheduling requests per session.
• There will be NO roster changes after the 2nd week of the session.
